Phase No1: 'Empty your bags and place all the items in a pile on the floor. Observe each other’s items'.

Phase No2. 'Position your items in a line, placing them in order of value, from the most valued to the least (it is up to you how to consider "value"). Do it so all the lines have the same centre creating a "sun rays" shape. Observe the result of the group for a few minutes'.

Phase No4. 'Offer your most valuable item to your partner. Devise a minimal way of moving this item in your hands while staying on the spot'.
Figure 19: Participants devising a movement on the spot while using an item.
Phase No5: 'Synchronize the movement you created in Phase No4 with your individual verbal prayer phrase (developed in a separate exercise using automatic writing technique) and with your breath in a way that one complete repetition of the verbal phrase, one movement with the object in your hands, and one breath, are completely synchronized. The movement with the object serves the purpose of counting the repetitions and keeping a steady rhythm. Meditate first with the support of your partner who may stand behind you, and then alone. You can keep your eyes open, staring at the flame of the candle in front of you, or keep them shut'.

Phase No6: 'Detach from the item and develop your verbal prayer phrase into a movement phrase. You are free to use different levels and directions in space and different movement qualities if you wish. Again, make sure that one repetition of the movement phrase is synchronized with one breath and one repetition of the verbal phrase'.
